Here’s the truth.
Most people don’t use AI at work because nobody has shown them where to start, which tools fit their job, and what to ignore.
It isn’t a lack of effort. It’s a lack of a clear starting point.
Most people use AI by asking it questions. The people getting real value from it boss it around the way they would a new hire on their first morning.
I know because I was there. No technical background, plenty of experience, and the same question everyone asks: how do I actually use this?
That question is why AI 20/20 exists.

Hi, I’m Lisa.
I spent my career in an industry that had nothing to do with software. No computer science degree. No engineering team. But I’d always been curious about how things worked and what I could build myself.
Working with AI tools turned that curiosity into practice. I progressed from small experiments to building connected systems, working through the details of how they function and how people use them.
What I found is that the hard part of using AI well was never the code. It’s knowing which problem is worth solving, what a good answer looks like, and when the output is confidently wrong. That’s judgment, and judgment comes from years of doing the work.
Over time, I began using what I learned to simplify everyday tasks in my businesses.
